Geomembrane production line is an industrial equipment system specially used for producing geomembrane materials. Geomembrane is an anti-seepage film made of high molecular polymer (such as HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, etc.) through extrusion, casting or blow molding, and is widely used in environmental protection, water conservancy, construction, transportation, agriculture and other fields.

1. Strong adaptability to multiple specifications
The production line provides multiple models and configurations, and the product width range supports from 3000mm to 8000mm, which can be flexibly adjusted according to the requirements of different projects for the width of geomembranes. In particular, the ultra-wide configuration of 8000mm is suitable for large-scale anti-seepage projects such as landfills, reservoirs, and tailings ponds.
2. Can produce a variety of thickness specifications
The equipment supports a membrane thickness range of 0.7-3mm or 1-3mm, which can cover a variety of engineering requirements from light to heavy. Thinner membranes are suitable for ordinary scenes such as aquaculture ponds and agricultural water channels, while thicker products are more suitable for industrial pools, underground structures and other places with high requirements for anti-puncture and anti-stretching.
3. Efficient extrusion system
The production line adopts a high-specification twin-screw extrusion system with a maximum screw diameter of Ø180×2 and an aspect ratio of 33:1, which can fully plasticize the raw materials and improve the uniformity of melt flow. This configuration helps improve the mechanical properties of the film, such as tensile strength and tear resistance, while ensuring product production capacity.
4. High-quality calendering system
The production line is equipped with calendering rollers with a diameter of up to Ø800mm, which have stronger cooling and shaping capabilities, helping the film to be quickly formed and maintain good thickness consistency. The roller temperature control system adopts precise control to avoid surface defects or uneven thickness of the film caused by local temperature differences, thereby improving the overall stability and performance of the product.
