Explore our durable and cost-effective FIBCs (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers), also known as bulk bags or ton bags. Ideal for efficient, safe handling and storage of dry, flowable powders and granules across various industries.

FIBCs (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers), commonly known as bulk bags, ton bags, or big bags, are standardized industrial containers designed for the storage and transportation of dry, flowable materials. As a type of unit load handling system, they are engineered to be handled efficiently by cranes or forklifts, facilitating cost-effective bulk bag shipping and logistics.

These bags are particularly suited for a wide range of bulk powders and granules, offering significant advantages in volume, weight reduction, and operational efficiency, making them one of the most versatile industrial packaging solutions available.

Our FIBCs are built with a focus on durability, safety, and practicality:

Durable & Reusable: Woven from high-tenacity polypropylene (PP) fabric, our bulk bags offer exceptional strength and tear resistance. This robust construction ensures a long FIBC bag service life, allowing for multiple uses and providing a superior return on investment (ROI) for bulk packaging.

High Efficiency Loading/Unloading: Designed with reinforced lifting loops, our bags enable quick and safe handling by forklifts or overhead cranes. This design significantly reduces manual handling costs and accelerates warehouse and shipping operations.

Effective Product Protection: Standard designs offer excellent durability for general use. We also provide coated FIBC bags and liner bags for added protection against moisture, ensuring your materials remain dry and uncontaminated during outdoor storage or transit.

Wide Application Range: Whether you are packaging fine powders, coarse granules, or other bulk solids, our FIBCs provide a reliable solution. Their design minimizes contamination and loss.

Space-Saving Storage: When empty, these collapsible FIBCs can be folded flat, drastically reducing the storage space required compared to rigid containers and lowering logistics costs.

Common Applications

Our bulk bags are widely used across numerous sectors for bulk material packaging:

Chemical Industry: Plastic resins, compound fertilizers, industrial chemicals.

Food & Pharmaceuticals: Sugar, salt, grains, food additives, pharmaceutical raw materials (subject to specific grade certifications).

Minerals & Building Materials: Cement, sand, minerals, ores, refractory materials.

Agriculture & Feed: Animal feed, fertilizers, seeds.

Safe Handling & Usage Guidelines

Proper handling is crucial for safety and optimal performance. Please adhere to the following procedures:

1. Filling the FIBC

Symmetrically hang all lifting loops onto the filling frame, allowing the bag body to rest evenly on the floor or platform.

Secure the filling spout over the discharge chute of the filling equipment to prevent dust and product spillage.

Keep the bag upright and straight during filling to ensure a stable and balanced load. Do not exceed the Safe Working Load (SWL).

After filling, securely close the filling spout. For bags with a discharge spout, ensure the bottom tie is secure before filling begins.

2. Handling & Transportation

For lifting, use all provided loops with a suitably rated spreader bar or forklift. Never lift by a single loop.

When using a forklift, position the tynes correctly under the bag, keeping the bag close to the mast to prevent tipping.

Lift slowly and evenly to maintain control and balance of the load.

3. Storage of Filled Bags

Filled bags should be stored on a clean, level, and structurally sound surface.

Stack bags neatly and vertically. Avoid leaning stacks or squeezing bags against each other.

For indoor storage, choose a dry, well-ventilated area. For outdoor storage, bags must be protected from the elements with a waterproof tarpaulin and kept away from direct sunlight and moisture sources.

4. Discharge (Emptying)

Lift the filled bag using a crane or forklift and position the discharge spout over the receiving hopper or container.

Untie the discharge spout to allow the material to flow out by gravity.

For certain disposable applications, the base of the bag may be cut open. Always follow the manufacturer's guidelines.

CRITICAL SAFETY NOTE: Never stand under a suspended FIBC. Always ensure discharge areas are clear of personnel.
