Introduction

Geogrid is a grid-shaped geosynthetic material made of high-strength polymer materials (such as polypropylene, polyester, etc.), which is widely used in the reinforcement and stabilization of highways, railways, dams, slopes, foundations and other projects. The product has excellent tensile strength, creep resistance and durability, can effectively improve the bearing capacity of soil, prevent deformation and cracking, and extend the life of the project.

Advantages

1. Good tensile strength and ductility
The uniaxial geogrid we provide has a tensile strength of ≥100 kN/m in the longitudinal direction, which can meet the demand for high-strength reinforcement; while the biaxial geogrid can provide a tensile strength of ≥30 kN/m in both the longitudinal and transverse directions, which is suitable for multi-directional force occasions. The elongation at break of the product is controlled at ≤13%, indicating that it has small deformation and stable structure when subjected to external force, and can maintain good reinforcement effect under long-term load.

2. Stable service life
This type of grid product uses polymer synthetic materials and has strong resistance to ultraviolet radiation and aging. After EN ISO 13438 standard test verification, its service life under outdoor conditions can reach more than 50 years, which is suitable for long-term engineering applications. In terms of chemical stability, the product antioxidant index (OIT) time is ≥1000 minutes (test standard is ASTM D3895), showing high weather resistance.

3. Diverse product types
According to different engineering conditions and functional requirements, geogrids provide a variety of specifications and models, including unidirectional, bidirectional and different materials (such as polypropylene, polyester, etc.) products, with tensile strength ranging from 15 kN/m to 150 kN/m. The mesh size, roll width and length can be customized according to the usage scenario, so as to match with various construction projects.
