Introduction
Plastic Drainage Board is a geosynthetic material used in fields such as building foundation engineering and landscaping, mainly used for drainage, water conduction and protection of structures. It is usually made of plastic materials such as high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polypropylene (PP), with a convex or grooved structure on the surface, resembling a honeycomb or boss.
Advantages
Tensile strength and ductility
The tensile force of the drainage board at 10% elongation reaches or exceeds 350 N/100mm, the maximum tensile force is not less than 600 N/100mm, and the elongation at break is not less than 25%. This shows that the product has high tensile strength and certain flexibility during construction and long-term use, and can effectively resist the fracture caused by uneven foundation settlement or external force impact, ensuring the overall integrity of the drainage system.
Tear resistance and pressure bearing capacity
The tear strength of the drainage board reaches 100 N or more, which can effectively prevent local damage caused by nails, stones or other external forces during construction, and ensure the continuity and stability of the drainage board. At the same time, under the state of 20% compression deformation, its compressive strength is not less than 150 kPa, and there is no rupture under extreme compression conditions, which enables the drainage board to withstand the backfill pressure and structural load, and maintain the stability and smoothness of the drainage channel.
Good low temperature toughness
The drainage board has no cracking performance in a low temperature environment of -10℃, which is suitable for cold areas or winter construction conditions, ensuring that the material maintains stable performance at low temperatures without affecting the drainage effect and structural protection function.
Good drainage capacity
Under the lateral pressure of 150 kPa, the circulating water flow rate of the drainage board is not less than 10 cm³/s, which can effectively and quickly drain the structural water and reduce the water pressure on the building foundation, thereby improving the safety and durability of the structure.
