Description
The design purpose of PVC hot welded sidewalk rolls is to protect PVC films that are exposed to areas of repeated foot stepping and other hazards. PVC sidewalk rollers provide a clear walking path for those who repair HVAC systems and other roof equipment on low pitched roofs.
Regardless of the frequency of traffic, sidewalks must be installed at all traffic concentration points (i.e. roof hatches, access doors, roof ladders, etc.). If regular maintenance (once or multiple times a month) is required to maintain roof equipment, sidewalks must also be installed.
1. Diamond tread pattern increases slip resistance
2. Enhanced PVC formula
3. Excellent weather resistance packaging with long-term performance
1. Use PVC film cleaner to prepare the film to be welded
Sidewalk materials.
2. Place PVC channel rollers. Cut the PVC sidewalk into rolls
The maximum length is 10 ', and the minimum gap between positions is 1 "
3. Adjacent components for drainage. Cut PVC walkway
4. Roll to create a minimum gap of 4 "on any on-site splicing
5. The connection between the walkway and the membrane is permanent, which will allow access to the on-site joints.
6. Use an automatic welding machine to weld all four sides of the PVC channel roller onto the membrane. (Usually, this program will use the same speed and temperature settings as film to film welding. Before welding an installed film, it is always recommended to perform a test weld.)
