Description
Introduction
Geotubes For Sludge Dewatering are a type of drainage pipe specially used in the sludge treatment process. They are usually made of high-strength polymer materials with evenly distributed water filtration holes or gaps. They are installed inside the sludge dewatering equipment or sludge pile, and effectively discharge liquid water through the pores in the pipe wall to achieve solid-liquid separation of sludge, thereby improving dewatering efficiency, reducing sludge volume, and facilitating subsequent treatment and transportation.
Advantages
1. Good ductility
Geotubes need to withstand certain tension and external stress during use, especially during filling and dehydration. Our products have reasonable ductility, which helps to buffer the structural stress caused by uneven foundation settlement or instantaneous load changes at the construction site, and reduce the risk of damage caused by excessive material rigidity. According to the test results of ISO 10319-2015 standard, the HT series products have stable radial elongation at break, with HT500 and HT1000 models reaching 13%, and HT750 model 12%, which can effectively adapt to complex working conditions in practical applications.
2. High joint strength
We use high-strength suture technology to ensure that the joints have sufficient bearing capacity. Under ISO 10319-2015 test conditions, the joint tensile strength of the HT1000 model reaches 170 KN/M, HT750 and HT500 are 100 KN/M and 90 KN/M respectively. This performance ensures that during the grouting and dehydration process, the connection parts of the pipe body remain sealed and intact, and are not prone to cracking or leakage, which improves the reliability of overall use.
3. High CBR bursting strength
CBR bursting strength is an important indicator to measure the ability of geotechnical materials to resist local mechanical impact. There are often foreign body impacts and concentrated filling pressure at the construction site. If the material bursting strength is insufficient, it is easy to cause structural damage or filter layer failure. According to the GB/T14800-2010 standard test, the HT1000 model CBR bursting strength reaches 20 KN, HT750 is 15 KN, and HT500 is 9 KN. Higher bursting strength means that the product can withstand greater external force impact and ensure the stability of the pipe structure during landfill and operation.
4. Excellent UV resistance
Geopipes may be exposed to sunlight for a long time during use, and ultraviolet radiation will cause aging and strength reduction of polymer materials. In order to improve its anti-aging ability, we added a special anti-UV formula to the material. Tested under the ASTM D4355-2014 standard, the HT500 model has an anti-ultraviolet performance of 90%, while the HT750 and HT1000 models have an anti-ultraviolet performance of 85%. This performance can effectively delay the performance degradation of the material caused by sunlight during outdoor use and extend the service life of the product.
