It is widely used in foundation pit support, slope protection, roads, railways, tunnels, water conservancy and other projects.

 

Advantages

1. High tensile strength
The tensile strength of this type of dewatering pipe in both the longitudinal and transverse directions reaches 45 KN/m, which can effectively resist the soil side pressure and construction stress during use. In engineering applications, this tensile property helps to maintain the stability of the overall structure of the pipe and reduce the risk of breakage or damage caused by uneven force. It is particularly suitable for use in geological environments with high pressure.

 

2. Good ductility
The product has good ductility, with a longitudinal elongation of 20% and a transverse elongation (CD direction) of 18%. This ductility allows the pipe to maintain its shape intact and not easily tear when the foundation settles locally or the force changes slightly, thereby improving its applicability and safety under different construction conditions.

 

3. Dense material
The cone diameter of the dewatering pipe is 9mm, indicating that it has high puncture resistance and material density, which helps prevent external sharp objects or soil particles from damaging the pipe. In addition, its wear resistance is 70%, which means that it can maintain stable performance during long-term contact with soil and water flow, reducing the problem of leakage or decreased drainage efficiency caused by wear of pipes.

 

4. Strong UV tolerance
In the UV aging test, the product can still maintain 90% of its UV protection performance after 500 hours of exposure. This performance makes it less prone to aging during outdoor storage or construction, suitable for long-term exposure environments, reduces the problem of shortened service life due to material aging, and provides greater flexibility for projects with long construction periods or limited storage conditions.
