What is Geogrid Mesh?

Geogrid is a kind of geosynthetic, which is composed of polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and other materials. It has the characteristics of high strength, low creep, and adaptation to various environmental soils, and is often used in civil engineering.

Geogrid Mesh is made of polyester fiber. Using warp knitting directional structure, the warp and weft yarns in the fabric have no bending state between each other, and the intersection points are bundled with high-strength fiber filaments to form a firm bonding point and give full play to their mechanical properties.

Geogrid Mesh has high tensile strength, small elongation force, large tear strength, small difference in longitudinal and horizontal strength, ultraviolet aging resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, light weight, and strong interlocking force with soil or gravel, which has a significant effect on enhancing soil shear resistance and reinforcement to improve the integrity and load capacity of soil.
