Construction technology
Hot melt method, cold adhesive method, and cold hot combination method: The coil can be constructed using either the hot melt method or the cold adhesive method alone, or the cold hot combination method can be used, that is, the cold adhesive method can be used on a large area, and the lap joint area can be constructed using the hot melt method.
Hot melt method: Use a flame spray gun or lamp to bake the bottom surface of the coil and the surface of the base layer, melting the asphalt on the surface of the coil. Roll the coil forward while baking, and then use a pressure roller to press it firmly with the base layer or coil.
Cold sticking method: First, evenly apply the adhesive to the waterproof base layer and roll material, and then dry it slightly before sticking the roll material. Then, use a roller to roll and squeeze out the air under the roll material, making the roll material flat, tight, and firmly adhered to the base layer or roll material.
Construction equipment and auxiliary materials

Roll laying
▪ Before construction, the qualified base layer should be cleaned and the dust at the edges and corners should be blown clean.
▪ The application of the base treatment agent should be uniform and consistent, and should not be repeated.
▪ After the base treatment agent is dried, the roof waterproofing project and the underground waterproofing project need to be laid with additional layers according to the design requirements.
▪ Determine the order and direction of laying the roll material, and mark the line on the base layer. Then lay the roll material. The pasting of different parts of the roll material shall be carried out according to the following requirements.
▪ Roof: Stick or strip the roll material to the base layer point; 800mm around the roof should be fully pasted; The sloping roof has a bonding area of over 70%, and the rolls are fully bonded between them;
▪ Basement bottom plate: The roll material and the base layer can be fully adhered, spot adhered, strip adhered, or laid empty, but the roll material must be fully adhered to each other;
▪ Basement wall: The membrane should be fully pasted with the base layer and between the membrane and the membrane;
▪ Additional layer: Generally, all parts are fully pasted, and empty paving is allowed at deformation joints.
▪ The laying sequence is high span first, then low span; At the same height, first far and then close; On the same plane, start laying from the bottom.
▪ Roof paving direction:
▪ Lay parallel to the ridge direction with a slope of less than 3%.
▪ Lay parallel or perpendicular to the ridge direction with a slope of 3%~15%.
▪ When the slope is greater than 15% or subjected to vibration, it is advisable to lay perpendicular to the ridge direction.
▪ The joint should be laid parallel to the ridge in the direction of the water flow, and perpendicular to the ridge in the direction of the dominant wind direction.

Packing, transportation and storage
1. The product is packaged by paper or plastic tape into rolls.
2. Preventing the sun and rain during transportation. Prohibit of approaching fire source, prevent collision, and protect the package in good condition.
3. The products should be sealed in the warehouse, stored in a ventilated and cool place, and prohibited from approaching the fire source.
4. Under normal storage and transportation condition.
