Welding machine operating procedures:
1.Use a grounded 3-code power cord and a 3-hole socket with a capacity of not less than 10A (corresponding to the welding machine plug, L-terminal live wire, N-terminal neutral wire, phase grounding protection wire), and confirm that the external circuit is well connected. Check if the power is in the on/off state, adjust the temperature control potentiometer and speed control potentiometer to the 0 position, press the lever handle to release the pressure roller, and then insert the plug.
2. Turn on the power, select a certain temperature and speed, and take several narrow materials for trial welding. The temperature selection for the same material may vary under different environmental temperatures and material thicknesses. To determine the optimal welding effect, adjust the speed to about 2m/min and then finely increase it from low temperature to high temperature (about 250 º C-350).
3. Trim the edge and front of the weld seam flat and straight, overlapping the lower left and upper right. The overlap width is 100mm.
4. After determining the temperature and speed, insert the material to be welded between two pressure rollers, making the body parallel to the edge of the substrate, and engage the pressure rod handle for appropriate movement. Generally speaking, operators only need to observe the deviation between the welding mark and the substrate, and make minor corrections in a timely manner.
5. After welding is completed, press the lever handle in a timely manner and release the upper and lower pressure rollers to prevent the rubber wheel from being damaged for a long time.
Due to thermal inertia, there may be temperatures that are too high or too low. In this case, temperature deviation can be compensated for through small speed adjustments.
