This Epoxy Resin AB Glue is a two-component room temperature curing structural adhesive, made of high-quality epoxy resin and high-efficiency curing agent. It has the advantages of high bonding strength, good temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, strong insulation, low shrinkage, etc. It is suitable for strong bonding and structural repair of various materials such as metal, ceramics, glass, plastic, wood, etc.

1. High bonding strength
Epoxy resin AB glue has good bonding effect on the surfaces of various materials, including metal, glass, ceramic, plastic, etc. In practical applications, its shear strength (steel to steel) can reach more than 18 MPa, which meets the GB/T 7124-2008 standard. In terms of peel strength, the peel strength of the bonding surface can reach 70 N/cm, which effectively guarantees the long-term stability and reliability of the bonding part and is suitable for bonding scenarios of load-bearing structures.
2. Stable temperature resistance
This product is suitable for a wide operating temperature range, and conventional models can maintain structural stability in an environment of -40°C to +120°C. For application scenarios with higher requirements for heat resistance, high-temperature AB glue can be selected, and its short-term heat resistance can reach 180°C. In addition, the heat deformation temperature (HDT) of the product is not less than 120°C (according to GB/T 1634), which can meet the use requirements of some thermal processing processes.
3. Good chemical corrosion resistance
In terms of chemical stability, epoxy resin AB glue exhibits strong corrosion resistance. After immersion in typical chemical media such as 5% hydrochloric acid (HCl), 5% sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and 95% ethanol for 72 hours, the bonding strength retention rate can still reach more than 85%. This makes the product particularly suitable for chemical equipment sealing, metal pipe interface bonding, and outdoor structure connection exposed to corrosive environments for a long time.
4. Good electrical insulation performance
The material formed by the adhesive after curing has high electrical insulation. Its dielectric strength reaches 20 kV/mm, which meets the GB/T 1695 standard, and the volume resistivity is not less than 1.0×10¹⁵ Ω·cm. These performance parameters ensure that it has good adaptability and reliability in the packaging of electronic devices, wire connection insulation, moisture-proof and dust-proof treatment, etc.
