The price also varies, and the geomembrane is calculated based on its thickness. The thicker the thickness, the higher the price. Most hdpe anti-seepage membranes used in landfills are designed with a thickness of 1.5 or 1.0 millimeters. The urban construction standard for geomembrane geotextile is based on the weight per square meter, and the higher the weight, the higher the price.

When the filtering effect of geotextile is fully exerted, the geotextile membrane will form a natural filtering layer on the upstream side of the overhead layer. The content of fine soil particles in the natural filter layer is higher than that in the overhead layer, and the water permeability is relatively low, which hinders the movement of fine soil particles in adjacent natural soil layers. Although both are new environmentally friendly materials, there are still certain differences in raw material production, performance, and usage. When choosing, everyone should follow their needs.
