Site measurement and size determination
Before laying the anti-seepage membrane, it is necessary to first inspect and measure the location of the laying. Then, according to the measured scale, select the anti-seepage membrane that meets the specifications and transport it to the anchorage channel. According to the requirements, it should be selected within the fan-shaped area so that both ends can be stably anchored. In the process of choosing the anti-seepage membrane, it is necessary to ensure that the anti-seepage membrane is saved as much as possible while maintaining the quality of the project, and to reduce the number of scraps and welds during welding.
Laying Requirement
(1) When laying the slope, the direction of the membrane should be as parallel as possible to the maximum slope line;
(2) The joints of two adjacent permeable membranes in the longitudinal direction cannot be on the same parallel line, but should be staggered and stacked for more than 1 meter. The joint should also maintain a distance of at least 1.5 meters from the dam foot and bend foot, and be set on the same plane;
(3) Horizontal joints should be kept at least 1.5 meters away from the foot of the slope and areas with high stress;
(4) When extending and laying from the bottom of the field to the top, it should not be pulled very flat and tight, and it is advisable to leave a margin of 1.5 for partial sinking and stretching as a backup;
(5) During the laying process of the anti-seepage membrane at the bottom of the site, it should be as smooth and straight as possible, without wrinkles or ripples. In addition, two adjacent anti-seepage membranes should be aligned and aligned, and a stack of about 10 centimeters should be left at the overlap as required;
(6) During the construction process, the already laid anti-seepage membrane should be compressed with a sand bag at regular intervals, and in special cases, a trench should be dug for anchoring to prevent the membrane from being blown up by the wind and affecting further construction.
